1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nursigo (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Nursigo provides online nurse exam preparation materials including practice questions, study notes, flashcards, topic maps, and progress tracking tools. Access to premium content requires a paid membership.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Payment & Membership

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Membership begins immediately upon successful payment and grants access for the selected duration. Prices are subject to change but existing memberships are not affected.

5. 100% Exam Pass Guarantee & Refund Policy

Nursigo offers a 100% money-back refund if you do not pass your exam after preparing with our platform, subject to the following conditions:

• You must have an active paid membership at the time of your exam.
• You must have completed all available practice tests for the exam you sat, achieving a score of 80% or above on each practice test.
• You must have achieved an overall accuracy rate of at least 80% across all practice questions attempted on the platform for that exam.
• You must submit your refund request within 30 days of your exam date, along with official documentation proving the exam result (e.g., score report or failure notification from the examining body).
• Refund requests must be sent to support@nursigo.com with your account email, exam name, exam date, and proof of result attached.
• The refund covers the full amount of your most recent membership payment. It does not cover any prior membership periods.
• This guarantee is limited to one refund per user per exam.

In addition to the exam pass guarantee, we also offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the platform for any reason within the first 7 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund — no conditions required.

If you require additional preparation time beyond your membership period, contact us at support@nursigo.com to request a free access extension. Extensions are offered at our discretion and are limited to one per membership.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including questions, explanations, study notes, images, and software is the property of Nursigo or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer

Nursigo is a study aid and does not guarantee passing any exam. Content is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not affiliated with any exam board or regulatory body.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect minimal personal data necessary to operate the Platform (email, quiz progress). We do not sell your data. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
